Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These are the ground rules for using stillwaterminiranch.com and buying our gear. Placing an order or using the site means you agree to them. We've kept the legalese to a minimum — like the animals, we prefer things straightforward.

1. Who's behind the store

The site and store are run by Stillwater Mini Ranch, a family farm in Covington, Ohio. When we say "we" or "us," that's who we mean. To place an order you need to be at least 18, or shopping with a parent or guardian's okay.

2. Our products are made to order

Almost everything in the shop — tees, hoodies, totes, mugs, coolers, stickers — is printed just for you after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That's why production takes a few days before your order ships, and it's why our return policy works the way it does (see section 6).

Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary — colors on your device may differ slightly from the printed item, and placement can vary a small amount from piece to piece. That's the nature of made-to-order printing, not a defect.

3. Pre-orders

Some items (like our leather patch hats and koozies) sell as pre-orders: you're charged at checkout, and the item ships after the pre-order window shown on the product page closes. If we can't fulfill a pre-order, we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time (changes never affect an order you've already placed). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it at the wrong price. We may also decline or cancel orders that show signs of fraud or abuse — with a full refund for anything we don't fulfill.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping costs (and any free shipping threshold) are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — carriers gonna carrier.

Double-check your address. We print the shipping label straight from what you type at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — once an order has gone to production or shipped, we can't redirect it, and a reshipment to a corrected address is at your cost. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

6. Replacements and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or just plain wrong(wrong item, wrong size from what you ordered), we'll make it right with a free replacement — or a refund if a replacement isn't practical. Here's how:

  • Email stillwaterminiranch@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the problem (plus the packaging, if it arrived damaged). The photo is what lets us claim the defect with our print partner — we can't skip it.
  • We'll reply with the return shipping address. Replacements and refunds require the item to be shipped back to us — once it arrives, we'll send your replacement or issue the refund.

Because every item is printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing — an item we take back can't be restocked and resold. Please check the size charts on the product page before ordering. (If we printed a different size than you ordered, that's on us and covered above.)

7. Coupon codes

Coupon codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and can be deactivated if they're being abused. One code per order.

8. Our content belongs to the farm

The Stillwater Mini Ranch name, logo, badge, the animal characters (yes, Jonah too), the artwork, photos, and the words on this site are ours. Buying a shirt buys you a shirt — it doesn't license the artwork for reproduction, resale, or your own merch. Personal use and sharing on social media with credit is always welcome.

9. Fair use of the site

Don't break, probe, scrape, or overload the site; don't use it for anything unlawful; don't place fraudulent orders. We can refuse service where we reasonably suspect abuse. The site links out to third-party services (like Facebook, YouTube, and Stripe's checkout) that have their own terms — those are theirs, not ours.

10. The legal safety rails

The site is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law doesn't let us limit. You agree not to hold us responsible for losses caused by your own misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms (plus our Privacy Policy) are the whole agreement between us about the site.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the store grows. The date at the top tells you the current version; material changes get a fresh date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Orders are always governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.

13. Questions

Email stillwaterminiranch@gmail.com. A person answers — usually one with hay on them.
