Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
We're a family farm, not a data company. We collect the minimum we need to ship you gear and send you the updates you asked for — and that's it. Here's the whole story, in plain English.
What we collect
When you place an order:your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, and what you bought. Payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout page — your card number never touches our servers and we never see it.
When you join the email list:your email address and which list you joined (gear news, farm experiences, or the farm store). At checkout, we only add you if you leave the "keep me posted" box checked and complete your purchase.
In your browser:your cart and any coupon code you enter are stored in your own browser's local storage so your cart survives a refresh. That data stays on your device — it's not sent to our servers until you check out.
How you use the site:we use Google Analytics to see which pages and products people look at, what gets added to carts, and what gets bought — along with rough location (city level), device type, and how you found us. It's anonymous and aggregate: it counts visitors, it doesn't identify you, and we never send it your name, email, or address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell returning visitors from new ones.
How we use it
- To print, ship, and deliver your order (that's most of it).
- To send order confirmations and receipts.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To send farm news and gear updates — only if you signed up for them.
- To keep required tax and accounting records.
What we don't do
We don't run ad pixels or ad targeting. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, ever. The only tracking on this site is the anonymous Google Analytics described above — visit counts and shopping stats, not identities. If any of that changes someday, this page will say so.
Do Not Track:some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Like most sites, we don't currently respond to it — Google Analytics runs either way. If you'd rather not be counted, an ad/tracker blocker or Google's own opt-out browser add-on both work here.
Who we share it with (only to serve you)
A few trusted services make the store work, and each gets only what it needs:
- Stripe processes payments (they handle your card under their own privacy policy).
- Printful prints and ships made-to-order items, so they receive your name, shipping address, email, phone (if given), and the items to print.
- Supabase stores our email list.
- Google Analyticsreceives the anonymous usage stats described above (pages, products, carts, purchases with order totals — never your name, email, or address) under Google's own privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
We may also share information if the law genuinely requires it (like tax records for orders).
How we protect it
The site runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS), payments are handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant systems, and access to our order and subscriber data is limited to the people running the farm. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold small on purpose — you can't leak what you never collected.
How long we keep it
Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your choices
Want to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email us and we'll take care of it. Want off the email list? Every email includes a way out, or just ask.
Kids
We sell kids' sizes, but the website is for grown-ups — it's not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
